Dr. Scott Jorgensen earned his degree in medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1986 and completed his residency at the Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis. Board Certified in Internal Medicine, he joined the staff of Madison Medical Affiliates in 1990. With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Jorgensen is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to meet a wide range of healthcare needs.
