Founded in 1903 by Dr. J.D. Madison, Madison Medical Affiliates has a rich legacy rooted in independence, specialty care, and an unwavering commitment to high-quality service. What began as a small, dedicated practice has grown into a thriving independent medical group serving patients across downtown Milwaukee and southeastern Wisconsin.
