Self-Pay Policy, For Those Without Health Insurance
Madison Medical Affiliates and Ascension Wisconsin offer a 47% discount to any patient without health insurance. This discount does not apply to deductibles, co-pay/co-insurance or standing accounts not paid in full. To make a payment arrangement, contact one of our customer representatives at the number listed below.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be processed back to the original method of payment or issued through a check delivered via US Mail.

If no money is owed on other accounts, refunds will be issued within 90 day of receipt of your request. Refunds will be issued through a check delivered via US Mail. If money is owed on other accounts, the refund will be credited towards the oldest outstanding balance.
Financial Assistance
For patients requesting financial assistance, Ascension Wisconsin has trained financial counselors available to discuss your payment options. Upon making an appointment, the financial counselor will meet with you to review what other financial assistance programs you may qualify for.
